ORALMINDER® Refill

This form is like a map over the patients mouth. On the form you can write what kind of special assistive devices the patient needs and what is especially important for this patient. You can use the oralminder as a self-adhesive tool on the mirror. The patient can then when brushing, use the tool while viewing in the mirror.

The kit includes 10 instruction-sheets with red, blue, green and black pencil.
