TOYKIT

TOYKIT is a tool for chewing practice using the computer for feedback. The training is intended for children, young persons, and adults with chewing difficulties. The chewing difficulties may be caused by neurological/neuromuscular dysfunctions or prolonged tube feeding. Besides strengthening the muscles, the training will bring joy and intellectual stimulation.

When biting on a chewing-pad, a phneumatic signal will be send to the Puno Box that will convert the signal into an electrical impulse into a computer. This impulse can consist of a left mouse click, or when using a so called switch box by a keyboard command.
