Orofacial Assistive Devices

In 1996, the Mun-H-Center was granted incentive funding from the Swedish Handicap Institute to establish a database for assistive devices for orofacial problems. The project began by taking stock of and cataloguing existing assistive devices for individuals with disabilities.

In the database, you can search for assistive devices under the following headings:

  • Oral motor skills
  • Eating and drinking
  • Oral hygiene
  • Activities/treatment
Product fact sheets contain:

  • a picture of each item
  • the manufacturer’s product description
  • the address of the company
  • the URL if any
  • sales points
Further information on each item may be obtained directly from the Mun-H-Center.
